3/27/2007The Rev. Sylvester Holstein, 97 of Tecumseh, Nebraska, and formerly of Denison, died Sunday at Gold Crest Retirement Center in Tecumseh.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Denison, with burial at Crawford Heights Memory Gardens in Denison. The Huebner Funeral Home in Denison is in charge of arrangements where friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday.
Survivors include two sons, Jim Holstein of Lincoln, Nebraska, and John Holstein of Thornton, Colorado; one daughter, Sylvia Musil of Gothenburg, Nebraska; 12 grandchildren; and four-great-grandchildren.
