Hello Mark,

There are two different Buelow families in Clinton. Unfortunately, your family appears to be from the other one. The oldest Buelow from my family that was able to trace so far is August Buelow (1831 - ?). I only know of one of his sons that immigrated (Emil George). I supposed that if your Laura was born in 1844, then it's possible that she and August could be siblings or cousins. Do you know where she immigrated from? My Buelows are from Valm, Pommern, Prussia.
