Kolb in Lyons, Clinton Co., Iowa

I am looking for a Dr. Otto Kolb, who had a sanitarium in Lyons, Clinton Co. in mid 1800's. His son Otto Freemont was born in Lyons, April 20, 1857. Dr. Kolb was married to a M. Guillimen (Guillemen)who ran a brewery. Can anyone give me information on doctors or breweries in that area and anything on these people. Thank you Pat P.S.
