JONES, SIMPSON, VANNEST

Looking for information on two families that can be found living next door to each other in De Witt, Clinton Co. IA in 1880. Jonas JONES with wife Eliza A. JONES, and children James M. 20, Anna L. 17, Emma C. 15, John H. 12, Nellie M. 10. Living next door is another daughter Grace Estella SIMPSON and husband Andrew. In a couple of years Grace marries James VANNEST in Clinton Co. Grace is the same age as James in the census so I am wondering if she was a twin, plus both Grace and James ended up in Burlington, Des Moines Co. IA. Also looking for more information on Andrew SIMPSON, Graces first husband who was from England.
