Thanks to all of you I have her information now!!
She was adopted by a Henry and Elizabeth (Hartz) Green and raised in DeWitt Iowa. She married Anthony Luskey who died in 1929 childless and she remarried in 1934 to Theodore Westerhof of Davenport. Your clues took me to her in about three days after nearly 30 years of snail mail!!!
