A bit more complicated than that. I would assume Calvin to be Isaac's half-brother, assuming he was born in NY before 1829.

Isaac was the son of
Isaac Daniels
Birth o 17 Feb 1790 in , Orange, New York
Death o 16 Nov 1865
and
Elvira Vance
Birth o 18 Mar 1811 in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, N. Y.
Death o 6 Aug 1852 in Susquehanna Co., Pa.

Calvin would have been his half brother from his father's first marriage to Patience Vance. (another one)
