My grandfather was Mathias Gohlmann, who did marry Augusta Petersen. They had two daughters before her death. He then married Johanna Bertelsen and they had three children, my father being one of them. In my living room in Yuma AZ I have the trunk of Augusta Petersen, which she had sent to Goose Lake Iowa, "Nord Amerika". I would be more than happy to give you any information I have.
