Jeff Fall, 39, of Camanche, Iowa, died Thursday, February 23, 2006, at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport, Iowa. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at Lemke Funeral Homes – South Chapel, 2600 Lincolnway, Clinton, Iowa. Visitation will be Monday from 2-8 PM at the funeral home. Pastor Wayne Brinkman will preside. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Camanche, Iowa. Pallbearers will be Trevor Willis, Matt Blumer, Ron Schutte, Bret Frett, Devin Dykes and Jeff Stutting. Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Walton, Keith Foster, Jay Fett, Don Bruns, Tony Petersen, Randy Price, Aaron Spooner, Eric Knibbe, Barry Petersen, Kent Gifford, Mark Omann, John Kruthoff and Tim Jensen.
Jeff was born on June 2, 1966, in Iowa City to Edward and Linda (Seanor) Fall. He graduated from Camanche High School in 1985. He married Michelle Omann on September 28, 1991 in Clinton, Iowa. He was a member of the Army Reserves from 1984-1987, and served in the Army from 1987-1989.
He loved spending time with his children. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited and IBEW Local 109, Quad Cities. Jeff was an avid hunter, boater and fisherman. He also enjoyed Iowa Hawkeye football.
Survivors include his wife, Michelle; one daughter, Amanda Fall of Fort Mill, SC; two sons Caleb and Cameron, both at home; parents, Edward and Linda Fall of Camanche; grandmother, Velma Fall of Oxford Junction, IA; one sister, Shelley Fall (Keith Foster) of Janesville, WI; in-laws, Loren and Darlene Omann of Clinton; two sister-in-laws, Marcia (Donn) Bruns of Arvada, CO and Marilyn Omann of Tarzana, CA; one brother-in-law, Mark Omann of Studio City, CA; several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, his grandfathers and two uncles.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial education fund is being established for his children.
