Shirley B. Johnson

CLINTON — Shirley B. Johnson, 84, of Clinton, died Sunday at Mercy North Hospital.

There will be no visitation; services will be held at a later date. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born April 8, 1921, in Morrison, Ill., to Clarence H. and Lola Maude Diehl Dykema. She married George H. Johnson on June 11, 1966, in Clinton.

She graduated from Morrison High School in 1939.

She worked as a line worker for 28 years with General Electric.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Mary (Keith) Hensler of Nekoosa, Wis.; one brother, Clarence “Bud” Dykema of Colorado; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
