Delbert Crews 03/15/1999 DeWITT, Iowa -- Services for Delbert Crews, of DeWitt, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at DeWitt United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Crews died Friday, March 12, 1999, at his home. He had worked as an area administrator for the Iowa Department of Human Services in Clinton and Jackson counties. Mr. Crews was born Feb. 11, 1950, in Frederick, Md. He married Nancy Lupton in 1970 in Muscatine. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Angela Horton, New London; a son, Michael Crews, Thornton, Colo.; his mother, Phyllis Crews, Muscatine; and brothers, William Crews, Washington D.C., and Philip Crews, Muscatine.
