The Clinton Herald Wednesday December 16, 1953 p. 35 Mrs. E.W. Bonnemann, 65, was found dead in the yard of her home, 126 N. 5th St., about 1:57 p.m. Tuesday. Dr. Ross C. King, Clinton county coroner, who was called, said that death was due to natural causes following a heart attack. The body is at the Snell funeral home, where friends may call beginning at 7:30 p.m. today. Rev. M.S. Bredow will conduct funeral services there Friday at 2:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Clinton Memorial Park. The former Nellie Norskow was born Aug. 29, 1888, in Sabula, a daughter of Frederick and Johanna Hansen Norskow. She attended Sabula schools, coming to Clinton as a young woman. Her marriage to Ernest W. Bonnemann took place Oct. 3, 1917, and he died in October 1949. Mrs. Bonnemann was a member of Zion Lutheran church and the Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by a son, Dean F. Bonnemann, Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Ardelle) Scheton, Dallas, Tex.; a granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Harry Sizenbach, Clinton; two brothers, Chris Norskow, Sabula, and Anton Norskow, Davenport. Her parents, husband, three sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.
