CLINTON — Roger Simpson, 55, of Clinton, died Nov. 13.
Funeral services were Nov. 15 at the Watts Funeral Home, Montezuma. The Rev. Dennis Dorsheimer, pastor of Jackson Church of Christ, officiated. Interment will be in the Jackson Township Cemetery, Montezuma.
Pallbearers were Melvin and Dave Simpson, Derick Heath, and Bill and Tom Williams.
He was born Feb. 14, 1950, in Montezuma to Warren and Evelyn Bell Simpson. He married Carol Crippen on Sept. 24.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, D.A.V. and AMVETS.
Survivors include his wife; three brothers, Chuck and Melvin, both of Victor and Dave of Montezuma; one niece; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
