The Clinton Herald Monday September 19, 1966 p. 11 C.P. (Pete) Seeman, 70, of Route 3 died Sunday evening in Mercy hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Pape funeral home, where visitation begins at 7 p.m. today. Rev. Roy I. Priem, pastor of Community Congregational church, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Mr. Seeman was born Feb. 10, 1896, in Orange county, Calif., the son of John and Lettie Harper Seeman. He married Martha Struve Feb. 28, 1915, in California. He was a veteran of World War I and a retired farmer. Surviving are one daughter Mrs. John (Gloria) Millin of Goose Lake; six grandchildren; one brother, George of Fresno, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Wickham of Laguna Beach, Calif., Mrs. Jessie Deist of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. Olive Reynolds of Newhall, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. He wife, parents, two brothers and onse sister preceded him in death.
