The Clinton Herald The funeral was March 18 for Elmer C. Struve, 75, Denair, Calif., in Allen Mortuary, Turlock, Calif. He died March 14 in Turlock Hospital. He was born May 23, 1904, in Clinton, to John and Anne Nielsen Struve. He moved to Washington in 1945 and to the Modesta-Turlock area in 1947. He married Ima Martin in 1951 in California. He was a supervisor for Stanislaus County Dairy Herd Improvement Association until his retirement. Survivors include his wife; a brother, Hans N. Stuve and a sister, Olive M. Struve, both of Clinton. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
