Arthur Agnew 01/03/2005 WHEATLAND, Iowa -- Arthur Agnew, of Wheatland, Iowa, died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2005, at his home. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005. at Chapman Funeral Home, Wheatland. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Massillon Cemetery with graveside military rites. Arthur was born on July 31,1943, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Ralph Agnew and Burdetta Barnhart. He married Nancy Beringer on Jan 22, 1994, at Culver city, Calif. He had worked in aviation sales for Burns Aerospace in Orange County, Calif., moving to Wheatland in 1999. He had served in the Army 25th Infantry in Vietnam. He was a member of the Lowden American Legion. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; several nephews; and special California friends, Jim McInnes, Don Roscoe, Ted Machock, Mike Boyd, Pete Palumbo. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, David.
