Funeral services for Norman Woods, 81, Wheatland, were held Aug. 5 at Chapman Funeral Home, with burial in the Pioneer cemetery, Wheatland.

Mr. Woods died Aug. 2 at DeWitt Community hospital.

He was a member of the Wheatland Zeredatha Masonic Lodge 184, the Kaaba Shrine in Davenport and the Davenport Consistory. He retired in 1973 as a machinist at the Rock Island Arsenal.

Mr. Woods is survived by a sister, Delpha Bauer, Bennett and a brother, Raymond, Durant.
