DeWitt, Iowa, Dec. 6 -- Mrs. Jennie Harris, mother of Supt. Wm. S. Harris of the DeWitt schools passed away this morning at 10:05 o'clock at the home of her son, after an illness of a few weeks' duration. Her remains will be taken to Darrtown, Ohio for interment.
She is survived by five sons, all of whom are living, a sister in Los Angeles, Cal., and another sister in Ottumwa, Ia. and one brother, Rev. Frank Chambers of Clarence, Iowa.
