Charles Waters, former resident of Lyons, passed away at Weed, California, November 28th from heart failure following an attack of influenza. Funeral services were held the following Thursday and burial was made in Sacramento, California. The deceased was thirty years of age and was the son of B. L. Waters of Sonora, California. He leaves a wife and little daughter three years old, a brother, Roy Waters, living in Oakland, California, also a step-mother and sister, Raymond and Alice Waters of Sonora.
