Anna M. Plosch, 56, of Ruskin, Fla., and formerly of Clinton, died Thursday at her home in Ruskin.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service time Friday at the funeral home. Burial of the urn will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

She was born Feb. 25, 1949, in Clinton to Herbert Floyd and Violet Gerhardt Baughman. She married Ronald Plosch on Feb. 14, 1973, in Clinton. He died in 1998.

She was a 1967 Camanche High School graduate. She attended Clinton Community College and graduated from Marycrest College.

She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.

She was employed as a social worker with Mercy Homecare and Hospice.

Survivors include one son, Jason (Karen) Plosch of Dayton, Ohio; two stepsons, Michael (Janet) Plosch of Orlando, Fla., and Ronald Plosch Jr. of Freeport, Ill.; three grandchildren; her birth mother, Mardell E. "Dutch" Harvey of Mariposa, Calif.; five brothers, Everette Baughman of Low Moor, Dale Baughman of Paddock Lake, Wis., Tom Baughman of Clinton, Jacob Baughman of San Antonio and David Green of Clinton; and four sisters, Violet Askren of Granbury, Texas, Eleanor Dirks of Miles, Marilyn Harvey of Mariposa, Janie Benander of Shawnee, Kan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother and one sister.

Death Date: Sept. 29, 2005
