Mrs. Hans Dierks, aged 64 years died yesterday morning at her home in Kansas City, Missouri, according to word received here.

Bertha Schmidt Dierks was well known here, having resided here a number of years. She was married in this city to Hans Dierks, son of the late Peter Dirks of Lyons. Shortly after her marriage she moved to Kansas City, where she has resided ever since, Mr. Dierks being extensively engaged in the lumber business there.

She is survived by her husband, two daughters and one son. Also three sisters, Mrs. Wenzel, Mrs. Bremer and Mrs. Sanger of this city, and a nephew, William Gearman of this city.

The funeral will be held in that city tomorrow.
