Mrs Emma A Jensen

Mrs Emma A. Jensen , 93, died this morning at home of her son W. F. Jensen of Rt. 2. Funeral services will be held at 1:30p.m. Friday at the Shadduck funeral home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today. Rev M.S. Bredow will officiate. Burial will be in Dierks Cemetery.
Mrs Jensen was born March 8,1872, in Pellworm, Germany, the daughter of Edward and Maria (Boysen) Jurgensen. She came to the United States with her mother in 1892. She was married to Carl Jensen , Nov. 5, 1892, in Clinton. The couple farmed in Clinton county all their lives.
Surviving are five sons, Edward, Alfred, Harry, William, and Antone all of Cinton: two daughters, Mrs C.L. (Marie) Johnson, and Mrs. David (Anna) Laing, also of Clinton 21 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren and one greag-great-grandson. Her husband died in 1937.
Her parents , two sons, two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
