Donald “Buck” Biddle, age 82 of Wheatland, passed away at his home in the early morning hours of Friday May 27, 2022. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Wheatland on Wednesday June 1, 2022 at 10:30 AM with Pastor Tessa Cavey officiating. Visitation will also be at the church on Tuesday May 31 from 4-8 PM. Private burial will be in the Massillon Cemetery.

Buck was born January 8, 1940 in Wheatland, Iowa to Charles and Helen Koch Biddle. He married Patricia Frett on August 15, 1961 in St. Louis, MO. She passed away on May 20, 2008.

Survivors include his sons Dennis (Tena) of Walcott and Wynn (Erin) of Lowden; daughter Darcy (Brian) Leggins of Wilton; grandchildren Jenny (Andrew) Clark, Kyle (Steph Miene) Biddle, Karly Biddle, and Brooklynn Biddle; great grandchildren Julia Clark and Poppy Biddle; companion Dianne Anderson and her children Terry (Kim) of Bettendorf, Craig (Pam) of DeWitt, Clif (Valerie) of Bettendorf, Lyle (Donya) of Dixon, Aaron (Melissa) of Bettendorf and all of their extended families; and sisters-in-law Linda Davis and Bonnie Frett.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brothers Larry (Pork) and Eugene (Gene); brothers-in-law; and sisters-in-law.

Some things Buck enjoyed were riding horses, pulling pranks on people, telling stories, and spending time with his family. He also drove stock cars in his younger years.
