Florence H. Newmarch

Mrs. Florence H. Newmarch, 79, Low Moor area, Iowa, died Friday evening, April 8, 2005, at Bluff Terrace Nursing Home, Clinton, Iowa.
The former Florence Jensen was born April 16, 1925, in Clinton, the daughter of Martin and Elsie (Petersen) Jensen. Florence married Earl Newmarch November 8, 1947. The couple farmed in the Low Moor area and also owned and operated a trucking business for numerous years. Earl preceded Florence in death September 17, 1976.
She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose. Florence enjoyed crocheting, knitting, fishing, camping and traveling. She enjoyed her grandkids and great-grandkids very, very much.
Surviving are her children and their spouses, Marlene and Steve Schnizler, Clinton; Peg and Al Kaster, DeWitt, Iowa, George and Sandra Newmarch, Branford, Fla., David and DeeDee Newmarch, Lakeside, Mont.; 10 grandchildren, John, Dennis, Tim, Tracey, Donald, Dale, Carl, Bob, Earl and David; seven great-grandchildren, Dillon, Danni, Austin, Sierrha, Shyanne, Nate and Emma; two sisters, Hazel Luckritz, Clinton, Rosella (Mrs. Bill) Schmidt, Clinton; two sisters-in-law, Mary Jensen, Clinton, and Aggie Jensen, Princeton, Iowa.
In addition to her husband, Florence was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Carl, Andrew and Bill Jensen.
Family and friends may visit at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt, from 4 until 7 P.M. Monday, April 11, 2005. Funeral service will be 10:30 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, DeWitt.
