Joyce Geraldine Kelly, 84, of Clinton passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at MercyOne, Clinton, IA. Visitation will be Monday, November 15, 2021 from 12:00PM (Noon) to 1:00PM at the Clinton Chapel Snell Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Services will be held at 1:00PM, Monday, November 15, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting snellzornig.com.

Joyce was born May 28, 1937 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Paul John and Belva (Flack) Campie. She married Elmer Kelly, Jr., in Camanche, Iowa; Elmer died July 22, 1984.

Joyce had been employed at Custom Pak, Guzzardo’s Book Nook, Petersen Harned Von Maur and Eagle’s Supermarket.

Survivors include her children, Donna Jean Brozo of New Ulm, MN; Debra Ann (Scott) Evans of Longmont, CO; Robert (Laura) Whitley of Clinton, IA and Thomas E. (Carol) Kelly of Indiana; nine grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Donna) Campie and sister, Georgia (Gene) Kronda both of Camanche, IA.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Alvin and Eugene.
