Thelma Wendel Kerkman, 94, of Elwood, Iowa, passed away on Thursday morning, Mach 4, 2021, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Arrangements are pending and will be announced under the care of the Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa.
