S. R. Shambaugh, a prominent stockman and brother of Prof. Benjamin F. Shambaugh of the State university, died at his home in Clinton of pneumonia.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born in 1858 but that he died July 1, 1914 which doesn’t agree with the above. He is buried in Elvira Cemetery.
