Marc Scott Van Loon, age 49, died unexpectedly of natural causes at his home in Wheatland on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Runge Mortuary in Davenport is assisting with arrangements. There will be a private graveside service.

Marc was born Sept. 24, 1970, to Gerald (Jerry) Van Loon and Bonita (Bonnie) Druhl Van Loon in Davenport. Marc drove semi trucks for a living. His hobbies included fishing with his good friends and bee keeping with his dad.

He is survived by his parents; brothers Michael (Gina) Van Loon, Kirkland, Wash., Ed (Jodi) Garvin, Springfield, Mo.; sister Michele (Dave) Willet, Eldridge; nieces and nephews Kendall McKnight, Aislinn Hulme, Micaela Van Loon, Lauren Garvin, Drew Garvin, Jacob Willet, and Jenna Willet; and by his fiancée, Angelina Velarde.
