John McGowan, aged 61 years, passed away at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Watertown hospital. The remains were brought to Fulton by Undertaker M. R. Doran and later were taken to Albany to the home of John E. Sullivan.
Mr. McGowan was an old resident of the vicinity of Fulton and had been at the hospital for the past ten years. The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Immaculate Conception church in Fulton, followed by interment in the Fulton cemetery.
The deceased leaves to mourn his loss one brother and a sister.
