MRS. GEORGE HIX DIES IN HOSPITAL AT DES MOINES
Mrs. C. B. Law received word this morning of the death at Des Moines of Mrs. George Hix of Storm Lake. Mrs. Hix is the mother of Miss Dorothy Hix, formerly of the Lyons High school faculty. No details of Mrs. Hix's death were given, except that she had submitted to an operation at a Des Moines hospital.
Miss Hix is at the Deadham, Ia., High school this year.
