STARK GRISWOLD IS CALLED BY DEATH
Well Known Resident of this Vicinity Passes Away at Mercy Hospital Wednesday Evening.
Wednesday evening, about 7:30 o'clock at Mercy hospital, where he had been taken for treatment, occurred the death of Stark Griswold, a well known resident of this vicinity having made his home on a farm near Almont. Death came as the result of rheumatism and heart trouble. The deceased was about 55 years of age.
One sister, Bertha Griswold, is left to survive him. Funeral services will be held from the home near Almont, probably on Saturday. The body was removed from Mercy hospital to the Shadduck undertaking rooms.

The Late Stark Griswold Removed to Home Near Almont for Funeral Services.
The remains of the late Stark Griswold, who passed away Wednesday evening at Mercy hospital, were removed from the Shadduck undertaking rooms Friday morning to his home on a farm near Almont. Funeral services will be held from there at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Interment will follow in the Smith cemetery.
