Gary K. Ballard, 73, of Clinton, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his home.
There will be no services or visitation, the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Gary Keith Ballard was born on September 27, 1945 in Anderson, Indiana, the son of Arlie McCune and Ruby Ballard. He married Gloria Heath on November 6, 1998; she died December 15, 2009.
Gary was a painter at ADM for 24 years. He lived for his family. He loved his children, grandchildren and spent all his spare time taking care of them. He was a quiet man with little to say but a very giving man. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
Gary is survived by his children: Laura (Jeff) Pink of Newton, North Carolina; Tina (Steve) Hedgpath of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and Gary (Audra Remrey) Ballard, II of Fulton; 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and his sister Sue (Steve) Henderson of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a daughter: Audra Winn, his sister: Mary, and a brother: Danny.
