Jolene S. Bielema, 61, of Clinton, passed away, Monday, September 9, 2019 at Big Meadows Nursing Home - Savanna, Illinois.
Graveside Services will be 10:30am, Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Fulton Township Cemetery - Fulton. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
Jolene Sue Bielema was born on March 26, 1958 in Clinton, the daughter of Joel and Marion (Block) Bielema. She was a 1976 graduate of Fulton High School. She enjoyed crocheting, being with friends and doing things for others.
Jolene is survived by her siblings: James Bielema of Fulton, Illinois, and David Bielema of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents.
