Barbara Francine Broughton went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, peacefully passing away at home on Sunday, September 22, 2019. Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 30, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 Manufacturing Dr.) A visitation will occur from 2 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, September 29, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel. Burial takes place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
Francine was born June 29, 1959 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Rosetta Tyson.
She was a member of the special ministry family - Promise, Purpose and Destiny.
