Mrs. Jenette Kademan, wife of August Kademan of 311 Second avenue, passed away at Agatha hospital at 12:30 o'clock September 16th after a short illness of pneumonia. Many friends in Clinton and vicinity learned of her death with sincere regret.

The funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the family home, Rev. G. D. Rogers, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiating. Interment will be in Springdale cemetery.

The deceased nee Jenette Ralston, was born in Clinton in 1858, and spent practically her entire life here. She was a daughter of the late Robert Ralston, and is survived by her husband, and a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kademan of Savanna, also three grand children. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Hunting and Mrs. Mary Shottenkirk of this city.

Mrs. Kademan was a life-long and consistent member of the congregation of the First Baptist church, and an active worker in that church society. She also was a member of the Clara Barton circle.

Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Coykendall of Cedar Rapids are here to attend the funeral, and a number of friends of the deceased from Savanna and vicinity will be here tomorrow to be present at the funeral.
