Mohr Service is Tuesday
Camanche -- Lela M. Mohr, 80, of Camanche, died Friday at Mercy North Hospital.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ron Lott officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service time at the church. The body has been cremated. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig-Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Homes and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
She was born July 4, 1924, in Baldwin to Glenn and Edith Potter Mohr. She married Arlo E. Mohr on Jan. 16, 1946, in Preston. He died in 2003.
She was a 1942 graduate of Baldwin High School.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of First Baptist Church where she was active with Young at Heart.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Peggy (Paul) Harwood of Maysville, Mo., Mrs. Jody (Bob) Case of Davenport; and two sons, Mark (Patsy) Mohr of Fulton, Ill., and David (Laurie) Mohr of Clinton; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Lowell (Phyllis) Pickett of Preston.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister and one great-granddaughter.
The family requests that memorials be made to First Baptist Church.
