The death of Lewis Jorgensen, 338 Hickory street occurred Friday afternoon at 1:50 o'clock at Agatha hospital.

The deceased was born in Denmark, Jan. 26, 1858. He came to America in 1880. In 1882 he was married to Mrs. Mary Nohle. For seven years he was the proprietor of the Clinton Milling company and for two years a member of the police force. During his later years he was engaged in business with a son in Lyons.

Surviving to mourn his death are the widow, three children, Carl, Mrs. Minnie Nissen and Miss Elvera Jorgensen of this city and one brother, Christ Jorgensen, Tyler, Minn.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the late home on Hickory street. The Rev. P. F. Gotke of the Danish Lutheran church will officiate and burial will be made in Springdale cemetery.
