Obituary for Rosemary Anspach
Rosemary Anspach, 92, of Fonda, Iowa and formerly of Clinton, Iowa, died Monday, August 19, 2019, at Loring Hospital, Sac City. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30AM Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Services will be held at 10:30AM Friday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be made by visiting snellzornig.com.
Rosemary Hudson was born August 28, 1926 in DeWitt, Iowa, the daughter of John and Rose (Siem) Hudson. She was a 1944 graduate of Lyons High School. She married Earl Anspach January 25, 1945 in Clinton; he died March 3, 2001. She later married Paul Curtis Proud, March 18, 2006 in Clinton; he died June 1, 2019.
She was a retired AVON representative.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, the Women of the Moose and the Eagles Auxiliary.
Survivors include her sons, Don Paul (Annette) Anspach of Fonda, Iowa and John Earl (Mary) Anspach of Clinton, Iowa; daughter, Janice Carole Anspach-Smith of Clinton, Iowa; eight grandchildren, many step-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her brother and her parents.
