H. A. Witthoft, formerly of Lyons, died at his home in Pocatello, Idaho, Friday, March 23d, after a long illness from general nervous break down. The body will be brought to the home of his uncle, Fred Jaeger, in Center township, five miles from Charlotte, where the burial services will be held at 12:30 in the afternoon, Tuesday, March 27. Interment will be at the Rossiter cemetery near Charlotte.
The funeral party will arrive at DeWitt, Iowa, Monday morning, March 26th, about 6 a.m. on Number 18.
Mr. Witthoft was a K. of P. with membership in Clinton lodge. He was a highly respected citizen and one of the progressive men of Pocatello, Idaho, where he was engaged in business in the past 15 years.

The remains of the late Henry Witthoft of Pocatello, Idaho, will arrive in DeWitt today and from here will be taken to Charlotte for interment in the Charlotte cemetery. Deceased passed away at his home in Pocatello Thursday morning after an extended illness. He is a cousin of Mrs. Fred Thiede, living south of town. For a number of years he was a resident in this vicinity and is known by several here.
