Mrs. William H. Henderson died this afternoon at her home, 334 Maple avenue.

William H. Henderson, and not Mrs. William Henderson, died Friday afternoon at his home on Maple avenue.

Decedent was born October 16, 1848, in Lafayette county, Tennessee, and came to this city when but a small boy. His marriage to Hattie Aikens was solemnized 25 years ago. She survives him with two children, Edward of New Mexico and William of Chicago. Three stepchildren also survive. They are Mrs. Mitchell of Fulton, and Fred and Edward Aikens of this city.

The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the African M.E. church. The colored Masons will have charge of the services.

The funeral of William Henderson was held Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home, 334 Maple avenue. The Rev. Williams of the African M.E. church officiated.

The Masons had charge of the service and carried out their ceremony. The pallbearers were Masons and stewards of the church. Burial was made at Springdale cemetery.

Mr. Henderson was a devoted member of the Methodist church in which he held the office of steward. He was also a class leader and teacher of No. 2.
