William N. Potter, 509 Camanche avenue, passed away at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday after an illness which commenced last July. Mr. Potter was 59 years of age and a native of Canada. For the last 25 years he had been a resident of Clinton.
Surviving him are his wife, three brothers, Frank of Cedar Rapids, and John and Charles of Red Cloud, Neb., and a sister, Mrs. A. J. Hawley, of Clyde, Kan. The deceased was a member of the Moose order.
The funeral will be held from the Latter Day Saints church at 2:30 Thursday afternoon. Interment will be made in Springdale cemetery.

The funeral of William N. Potter, an old resident of Clinton, was held Thursday afternoon at the church of the Latter Day Saints on Third street.
Burial was made in Springdale cemetery.
