Fred H. Ward, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Ward, of Evanston, Ill., died at his home Sunday morning at 2 o'clock. He was taken sick at Woodward, Okla., where he was in the employ of the Aaron Poultry & Egg company, and was brought to his home in Evanston, where he passed away Sunday.

The funeral was held at his home today. Burial was made there.

Until five years ago Mr. Ward was a resident of this city. He was employed here with the Iowa Cold Storage company. He was 24 years of age.

He leaves besides his mother and father, one sister, Mrs. A. J. Thomsen, of this city.
