page 6Mrs. James Boland, of Chicago, formerly Miss Emma Taylor of this city, passed away at her home, 3501 West Van Buren street, Chicago, Saturday night after an illness of nearly a year.
Emma Taylor was born in Fulton, Ill. June 26, 1874. She lived there until the death of her mother 12 years ago then she came to Clinton to make her home with her brother, C. H. Taylor, 418 Fourth avenue. Her marriage to James Boland was solemnized in Chicago September 3, 1913. To them was born one little son, Vincent Taylor Boland who with his father survives.
A brother, John, and a sister, Mary, are also left; the former of Rushville, Neb. and the latter of Clinton.
The body will be brought to Fulton Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock, where the funeral will be held at the Catholic church. Burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery, Fulton.
