Death came peacefully at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon to Anthony J. Bark aged 35 years who has been a sufferer for several months at his home 440 Fifteenth avenue. He leaves a wife and five little children.

Anthony Bark was born in Canada in 1881. He came to Clinton with his parents at the age of 11. For several years he was employed at the wire cloth mill. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen lodge.

Mrs. Bark was Miss Grace Hopkins of Lyons. With her are left the following children: Bernice, Henrietta, Charles, Donald and baby. Other survivors are Mr. Bark's father, two brothers, Frank and Charles.

The funeral will be held at the Baptist church Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.

Funeral services for the late Anthony J. Bark were held this afternoon from the Baptist church with Rev. Rogers in charge of the service. Burial was made in Oakland cemetery.

The pall bearers were George Cook, Henry Overkamp, Andrew Rasmussen, Chas. Berner, Artie Johnson and Buford Anthony.
