John B. Miller, a carpenter, was found dead in his room at the Tenth Avenue House Monday morning at 7 o'clock, the result of heat. According to the county attorney, who was called, there was no other cause for the man's death. He lay in a natural position crosswise of the bed, just as he had thrown himself with his clothes on, his head near the open window.
Mr. Miller has no relatives in Clinton, and a telegram was sent to his sister at Tipton, Iowa.
