Sunday morning at 1:15 o'clock occurred the death of William Christopher Klingle at the home of his mother-in-law, 232 Twelfth avenue, after an illness of a few weeks, death being due to a complication of diseases.

Deceased was born in Teeds Grove, Ia. May 27, 1879, and lived in that vicinity until about a year ago, when he moved to the Stockwell Lane farm just west of this city, and has farmed there until his recent illness, when he came to Clinton to recuperate.

He was a prominent young farmer and well liked by all who knew him, so that his death will be mourned by his many friends and the bereaved relatives have the sympathy of all. Mr. Klingle is survived by his wife, his mother, Mrs. Chris Klingle of Teeds Grove, two sisters, Mrs. Paul Struve of Almont and Mrs. Henry Heubner of Teeds Grove; also three brothers, Chris and Louis Klingle and Ernest Thomson.

The body will be taken to Teeds Grove this afternoon and funeral services will be held there Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 from the home of his mother and at two o'clock from the Teeds Grove church with services in charge of Rev. Leamer of the English Lutheran church of Clinton, and burial will be in the Teeds Grove cemetery.
