Page 6The body of Sol Hirsch, who died Tuesday, was taken at 7:45 o'clock Thursday morning on the Northwestern railway to New York City for interment. There were many Masons and Odd Fellows of which organizations he was a prominent member and friends and neighbors who attended the body to the train. The pall-bearers were: W. H. Bock, M. L. Christian and C. W. Hoffman of the Masons and Will Tufford, Dr. J. B. Lowell and Mr. Freeman of the Odd Fellows.

Clinotn Encampment, I. O. O. F., Grieved Over Death of Sol Hirsch.Clinton encapment, No. 96 I. O. O. F. met in regular session Friday evening. Carl Nickolsen, Carl Witt and H. F. C. Behr were appointed as a committee to draw up a resolution concerning the death of Sol Hirsch and the following resolution was drawn up:
"It is with sincere sorrow that we learn of the sad death of our late patriot, Sol Hirsch. Therefore be it resolved that in the passing of our worthy patriot, we deeply deplore his loss as a worthy patriot and hope the Almight Providence may comfort his sorrowing wife and children."
