Funeral services for the late Mrs. William Schunter were held Sunday afternoon with services at the Seven Day church in Welton, conducted by Reverend Boomershine of Maquoketa. Interment was made in the Welton cemetery.

Miss Anna Huffman was born in Bloomfield township in 1863 and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Huffman. She was united in marriage in 1906 to William Schunter, and to them were born three children, one daughter, Letha, aged eight, two sons, Hollis and Travis, aged 3 and 5, respectively, who with the husband, her parents, a sister, Frances, and two brothers, Howard and Harry, survive.
