The Clinton Herald Thursday December 4, 1913 p 8 H.H. Raymond, aged 78 years and 12 days, passed away at 10:10 o'clock Thursday morning at his home, 428 Chancy avenue. He was injured four years ago at the plant of the Clinton Sugar Refining Co., and had been an invalid since. Funeral services will be held at the late residence at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Elder Turner officiating and interment to be in Springdale cemetery. The deceased had been a resident of Clinton about nine years and was a member of the G.A.R. He was the first to enlist in St. Lawrence county, N.Y., and it is expected that the G.A.A. of Clinton will the attend the funeral services. In addition to his wife he leaves two daughters to mourn his death, Mrs. Sam Surprise and Mrs. Addle St. Charles.
