CAMANCHE, Iowa -- Cathryn Gray, 82, of Lot 118, Cedar Heights Trailer Court, died Wednesday, July 2, 1997, at Samritan [sic] Hospital North, Clinton.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton.

Visitation 3-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Gray retired in 1977 as a laboratory technician after 27 years at Swift & Co., Clinton.

Cathryn Norman was born Dec. 8, 1914, in Fulton, Ill. She married Glen Gray Sr., in 1932 in Morrison, Ill. He preceded her in death.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer society and Evangelical Free Church.

Survivors include daughters, Ramona Frederick, Clinton, Thelma Jewell, Battle Ground, Wash., and Carol Ivey, Camanche; sons, Glen H. Jr., Clinton, Lee, Atlantic, and Dwaine "Butch, " Quincy, Ill.; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a sister Ruth Vogel, Fulton.
