Michael L. Stillings age 67 of Clinton, passed away Friday May 5, 2017 in the comfort of his home with family. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Saturday May 13th at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday 2 4 PM at the funeral home. Following the service, cremation rites will be accorded and a private family burial will be held at a later date. Michael was born on April 6, 1950 in Clinton, the son of Ralph and Betty (Pugh) Stillings. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1968. He married Deborah Wiese on March 14, 1981 in Clinton. Michael worked as a Lab Technician at Clinton Corn, Nabisco, and ADM for 44 years; retiring in 2012.
Michael is survived by his wife, Deborah Stillings of Clinton; two daughters, Mindy (Nick) Madry of Aurora, IL and Jill (Albert) Hayton of Clinton; two grandsons, Aiden and Kelan Madry; two brothers, Steve Stillings and Pat (Barb) Stillings both of Clinton; a sister, Sue Stillings of Clinton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and in laws. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and a nephew, Justin Kane.
